What we do
- Clarify the partner profile your project needs
- Identify suitable Montenegrin organisations
- Check their interest, experience and capacity
- Arrange the first contact and support the discussion
Partner search
Does your project need a Montenegrin school, NGO, university, municipality or public body? Tell us the type of partner and the programme. We look for suitable organisations and arrange the first contact.
Find a partner in MontenegroYou do not need to send your project. A short description of the role you need is enough at this stage.
Programme rules
Montenegro is a third country not associated to Erasmus+ (Region 1, Western Balkans). That is why some activities can take place here and others cannot. We check the current rules before every project — and tell you openly when an idea does not fit.
Possible with a Montenegrin participating organisation such as Adriatic Bridge, together with at least one organisation from an EU Member State or associated country. The activity can take place in Montenegro.
Only for organisations holding an Erasmus accreditation in VET: job shadowing, teaching or training assignments and individual learner mobility. At most 20% of the grant may go to non-associated third countries.
Through the international mobility strands of universities (international dimension).
Erasmus+ funds these activities only in EU Member States and associated countries — including teacher job shadowing. We help with other options: partners in EU countries or Türkiye, or study visits funded from other sources.
A Montenegrin organisation can join as a partner, not as coordinator, if it brings essential added value to the project.
Only organisations from EU Member States and associated countries. We can still help organisations from those countries prepare a KA210 application.
Montenegrin organisations can take part in these international actions.
Montenegro is associated to Horizon Europe: organisations take part on the same terms as those in EU Member States.
Checked against the Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2026 on 24 October 2026. Rules change every year; the current Programme Guide and your National Agency always prevail. Erasmus+ Programme Guide
Process
A few answers about your organisation and your need. No project files, no confidential ideas.
We read your request and reply by e-mail to clarify the details.
We check the programme rules, the roles and the timing before anything is agreed.
We propose the right route — partner introduction, partnership with us or writing support — with scope and conditions.
Nothing is shared with other organisations or published without your consent.
EU programmes
Two EU programmes with different purposes and rules. We check each idea against the official documents before we recommend it.
The EU programme for education, training, youth and sport: learning mobility, cooperation partnerships and capacity building.
The EU framework programme for research and innovation. Montenegro is associated to Horizon Europe, so Montenegrin organisations can take part on the same terms as those in EU Member States.
The EU flag identifies the programmes. Adriatic Bridge is an independent association; it is not an EU body and is not funded, approved or accredited by the European Union.
