How do I find a project partner in Montenegro?
Send a short partner request: your organisation, the type of Montenegrin partner you need and the programme. We look for suitable organisations, check their interest and arrange the first contact.
Can Adriatic Bridge itself be our partner?
Yes, where the programme rules and our capacity allow it. We confirm our role in writing after the programme check. If another organisation fits better, we introduce it instead.
Can you write our project?
Yes. We prepare Erasmus+ and other international projects with schools, associations, universities and public bodies — from the idea to the application file. Your organisation remains the applicant.
We are a Montenegrin organisation. How can we take part?
Register your interest with a short form. When a suitable project needs a Montenegrin partner, we contact you, and you decide whether to take part.
What happens after I send a request?
We reply personally by e-mail, check the programme rules and propose the right route with clear conditions. Nothing is shared or published without your consent.
Do we have to send our project or application?
No. To start, we only need a short description of your need: organisation type, programme and the role you are looking for. We never ask for confidential ideas or full applications at first contact.
Is a partner match or grant guaranteed?
No. Funding decisions are taken by the competent National Agency or EACEA, and every organisation decides for itself whether to join. We check programme rules and roles carefully, but we never promise approval.
Can you host our group in Montenegro?
Yes, for the activities Erasmus+ allows in Montenegro — youth exchanges and youth worker mobility, accredited VET mobility and higher-education mobility — and for study visits funded from other sources. Erasmus+ school and adult education mobility (KA1) cannot take place in Montenegro. We coordinate the learning programme, visits to institutions, accommodation, local transfers and on-site support.
Which programmes do you work with?
Erasmus+ (mobility where it is allowed, KA220 cooperation partnerships, youth activities and capacity building), Horizon Europe and the European Solidarity Corps. We also help organisations from EU countries and Türkiye prepare KA1, KA210 and KA220 applications. For other international programmes we first check whether the call fits our expertise.

Can our school use Erasmus+ KA1 funds for teacher job shadowing in Montenegro?
No. In school and adult education, Erasmus+ mobility is funded only in EU Member States and associated countries. Youth exchanges, accredited VET mobility and some higher-education mobility are possible in Montenegro. We gladly help you find partners in EU countries or Türkiye instead.
Can Adriatic Bridge be a partner in KA220 or KA210?
In KA220 cooperation partnerships, yes — as a partner, not coordinator, when we bring essential added value. KA210 small-scale partnerships are open only to organisations from EU Member States and associated countries.
How are your fees set, and can they be paid from the grant?
In a written offer before any work starts, based on the scope you need. Fees are paid from your own budget — Erasmus+ grants do not cover the cost of having an application prepared by others. The first conversation is free and confidential.
Who owns the project and submits the application?
You do. The applicant organisation owns the project and submits the application; we support the preparation.
Can Montenegrin organisations join Horizon Europe?
Yes. Montenegro is associated to Horizon Europe, so Montenegrin organisations take part on the same terms as organisations in EU Member States.
