Good to know

Your organisation remains the applicant and owns the project. We agree the scope and conditions in writing before work starts.

Proposal writing

How we work on your application

  1. 01

    First conversation

Free and confidential: your organisation, your idea and the call you have in mind.

  2. 02

    Call and eligibility check

We confirm the programme, action, deadline and your possible role — or suggest a better fit.

  3. 03

    Written offer

Scope, timetable, fee and responsibilities agreed in writing before work starts.

  4. 04

    Joint design

Objectives, target groups, activities, partners, work packages and budget.

  5. 05

    Drafting and your review

We prepare the text with your team, not instead of it: you add your organisation's experience, review and approve every part.

  6. 06

    Quality check and submission

Final check against the call criteria. As the applicant, you submit the application.

Timing

Tell us the call deadline at the first contact. A complete application needs several weeks of joint work, so the earlier we start, the more time there is for partners, budget and reviews.

How fees are set

Fees are agreed in writing before work starts and depend on the scope — joint preparation of the proposal, review of your draft, or support with partners and budget. They are paid from your organisation's own budget: Erasmus+ grants do not cover the cost of having an application prepared by others. The first conversation is free.

Who owns the project

Your organisation remains the applicant and the owner of the project and its ideas. We never promise approval: funding decisions are taken by the National Agency, EACEA or the European Commission.

Process

What happens after you send a request

  1. Short request

A few answers about your organisation and your need. No project files, no confidential ideas.

  2. Personal reply

We read your request and reply by e-mail to clarify the details.

  3. Programme check

We check the programme rules, the roles and the timing before anything is agreed.

  4. Clear proposal

We propose the right route — partner introduction, partnership with us or writing support — with scope and conditions.

  5. You decide

Nothing is shared with other organisations or published without your consent.

EU programmes

Two EU programmes with different purposes and rules. We check each idea against the official documents before we recommend it.

Erasmus+

The EU programme for education, training, youth and sport: learning mobility, cooperation partnerships and capacity building.

  • Mobility and hosting
  • Cooperation partnerships
  • Capacity building (VET, higher education, youth)

Horizon Europe

The EU framework programme for research and innovation. Montenegro is associated to Horizon Europe, so Montenegrin organisations can take part on the same terms as those in EU Member States.

  • Research and innovation projects
  • International consortia and work packages
  • Instruments for SMEs and innovators
Horizon Europe in detail

The EU flag identifies the programmes. Adriatic Bridge is an independent association; it is not an EU body and is not funded, approved or accredited by the European Union.
