Include the problem, objectives, target groups, activities, expected role, timeline and deadline. Share confidential documents only through a controlled channel.
Assess organisational fit
Compare expertise, operational capacity, communication, safeguarding, financial responsibilities and evidence. Confirm every role in writing.
